Deep River Villas HOA Board has suspended until further notice all Bulk Trash left at the entrance or left in or around the trash areas throughout the community. The HOA Board was informed by the City of High Point, it has stopped the collection of bulk trash effective June 1, 2025, for all multi family properties within the city limits. This impacts all townhome/condominium communities not just ours. The HOA Board is working on a plan to address this unforeseen situation. We ask everyone to be mindful of this and a letter has been sent to all homeowners with additional information.
